What's Included
#1- Sales + Profit Goal Setting Strategy
You and the other members of The CFO Circle will be guided through a group strategy session on exactly how to set annual sales and profit goals.
We will plan your profits, taking into consideration the things you want your money to change in your life and the cost of doing business so your sales goals are intentional with cash in hand in mind.
We'll use your 2020 data to determine what 2021 holds and what your profits can be based on those sales targets.
#2- Done For You Bookkeeping
Your P+L isn't going anywhere. We will finish your books start to finish by the 15th of each month and the P+L as you know it will still be provided.
#3- Visual Reporting & Analysis
But beyond your P+L, you will get visual reporting showing you powerful and visual information showing you reviews of the following: Sales & Goals, Profit, Growth, and Reflection. So your data is meaningful and not mundane.
#4- Monthly Money Meetings
On the 3rd Thursday of each month, right after your reports are delivered, you and the other members of The CFO Circle will have an intentional 90-minute Money Meeting.
There will be bubbles (champagne or sparking water) and breakthroughs.
We'll walk through how to make meaning of your numbers, feel good about your scenario, and take lessons into future months.
The first half will be around celebrating, reframing negative feelings surrounding our reports, and how we can use this data to change the next month, regularly adjusting our goals along the way.
#5- Financial Expert Forums
The second half of each meeting will be the Financial Forum. Experts will come in to talk about wealth and tax matters like how to pay yourself, how to maximize deductions, how to pay down debt, what to save for taxes, how to set yourself up for retirement and save in taxes, and any thing else you wish to hear.
All your gurus will be brought to you so you are saving in taxes, building wealth, and understand the whole picture of your finances, and not just the bottom line.
